Wheatgrass requires good light but not
direct sunlight. A patio on the shady side
of my home works well for me.
I use a plastic planter 12 inches by 7
inches and a few inches deep. A tray is
placed under the planter which provides
plenty of water for the thirsty wheatgrass.
This planter provides 3/4 days of juice for
a family of 4 if using SOTA seed (600mil
per tray).
Alternatively, you can use seeding punnets,
of which 8 will slot into the pictured tray.
This is an ideal level of farming for an
individual. We obviously stagger the seeding
so you always have SOTA at the harvest point
available.
I have made a routine for myself that works well,
it takes me a few moments on Modays,
Wednesdays and Fridays to sow the seed.
